  • This Agreement applies to all Confidential Information disclosed before or after acceptance and continues while such information remains confidential.
  • All Confidential Information must be kept secure and not copied, shared, or used for any purpose other than evaluation.
  • Permitted disclosure is limited to professional advisers bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations or where required by law.
